"Theyir smoothies and bowls are typically very good. Most of the time, I've been 100% satisfied. This last time however, I was frustrated and disappointed. I have a specific bowl I order every time I go. Recently, I got Roxberry for dinner on the way to a show. It was missing some of my added ingredients, it was missing an ingredient that normally comes in it and was pretty low from the top of the container. The last part would probably have gone unnoticed expect for the fact that normally, it's almost overfilled and packed full. In fact one time, I was given a completely separate cup for the extra granola I had ordered because it was too full to have it added before putting on the lid. I'm still going to give a 4 star for the majority of visits being decent to great."
